Консорциум нефтегазовых компаний во главе с российским "Газпромом" обратился к банкам с просьбой предоставить кредит на строительство газопровода "Северный поток" (Nord Stream) в размере 3,9 миллиарда евро (5,6 миллиарда долларов). Об этом сообщает агентство Reuters со ссылкой на свои источники.
По данным источников издания, в данную сумму, в частности, входит кредит на 3,1 миллиарда евро сроком на 16 лет. Гарантами по данному займу, предполагается, выступит правительство Германии, а также экспортные кредитные агентства Hermes и Sace. Немецкие власти будут действовать в рамках Объединенной программы гарантии кредитов (UFK).
Еще один заем на сумму в 800 миллионов евро, как ожидается, должен быть выдан на срок в десять лет. Гарантии по нему пока не определены. Окончательная сумма кредитов будет утверждена в октябре текущего года. Консультантами выступят банки Dresdner, Royal Bank of Scotland, SG и Unicredit.

Основным акционером компании Nord Stream является "Газпром", контролирующий 51 процент акций совместного предприятия. Еще по 20 процентов принадлежат немецким Wintershall и E.ON Ruhrgas, а остальные 9 процентов — голландской Gasunie.
