Стоимость строительства и запуска производства оценивается в 1,5 млрд рублей. Доля собственных средств "Пеллы" составит 300-500 млн рублей, заемные средства — 1-1,2 млрд рублей. Переговоры по поводу кредитования ведутся со Сбербанком, Номос-банком (эти два банка уже кредитовали "Пеллу") и банком "Глобэкс". Срок окупаемости вложений составит 5 лет.
