С 10 ноября Центробанк отозвал лицензию на осуществление банковских операций сразу у четырех московских банков. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба регулятора.
Лицензии лишились Русский славянский банк, Региональный банк развития, Региональный банк сбережений, а также Межрегионбанк.
Кроме того, лицензия отозвана у небанковской кредитной организации «Тор Кредит», сообщает пресс-служба ЦБ.
Руководство Русского славянского банка, по мнению ЦБ, проводило высокорискованную кредитную политику, не создало адекватных принятым рискам резервов, нарушало законодательство в области противодействия отмыванию преступных доходов и финансированию терроризма. При этом кредитная организация была вовлечена в проведение сомнительных транзитных операций в крупных объемах.
Региональный банк развития, как отмечается в сообщении ЦБ, вкладывал финансовые средства в низкокачественные активы и не создал адекватных принятым рискам резервов, в связи с чем «не обеспечил своевременное исполнение обязательств перед кредиторами». Кроме того, банк представлял в надзорный орган «существенно недостоверную» отчетность.
РБС лишился лицензии за неудовлетворительное качество активов и ненадлежащую оценку кредитных рисков, повлекшую «полную утрату собственных средств (капитала) кредитной организации», отметили в Центробанке.
Межрегионбанк, по мнению ЦБ, нарушал законы, регулирующие банковскую деятельность, а также не соблюдал нормативные акты Банка России. Кроме этого, банк проводил высокорискованную кредитную политику, связанную с размещением денежных средств в низкокачественные активы.
Все четыре лишившихся лицензий банка являются участниками системы страхования вкладов. По величине активов на 1 октября РСБ 24 занимал 124-е место в банковской системе РФ, РБР — 275-е место, РБС — 322-е место, Межрегионбанк — 489-е место.
Напомним, что на прошлой неделе ЦБ отозвал лицензию у трех пенсионных фондов.
