Владелец Московского кредитного банка (МКБ) Роман Авдеев может за 1 руб. получить 75% ФК «Уралсиб» Николая Цветкова, пишет газета «Ведомости» со ссылкой на источники.
За эту сумму владелец МКБ может получить банк «Уралсиб», его страховую и лизинговую структуры. При этом недвижимость, земли и компания НФК не входят в предмет продажи.
По данным СМИ, владелец «Уралсиба» Николай Цветков в течение нескольких лет искал покупателя для корпорации и затянул с продажей. Теперь корпорация требует инвестиций в несколько миллиардов рублей.
Сообщается, что, наконец, акционеры договорились о сделке, хотя документа пока не подписаны.
Другой источник издания сообщил, что сделка может быть безденежной: условиями предусмотрена продажа доли ФК за сумму «выше нуля – по сути, за рубль», пояснил он. Хотя, по словам источника, стороны рассматривали во время переговоров и другие варианты решения вопроса: например, госпомощь под сделку, продажу доли корпорации, или даже слияние корпораций.
Представитель «Уралсиба» не комментирует данную ситуацию.
В настоящее время Николаю Цветкову принадлежит 93% финансовой корпорации, после сделки 75% плюс одна акция перейдет к Авдееву.
