Центробанк не исключает дальнейшего снижения ставки рефинансирования до конца 2009 года, заявил первый зампред Банка России Алексей Улюкаев.
Также Улюкаев рассказал журналистам, что в понедельник Банк России купил более 1 миллиарда долларов. В октябре Банк России приобрел более 15 миллиардов долларов, а сентябре — порядка 1 миллиарда, уточняет ИТАР-ТАСС.
Кроме того, Улюкаев не исключил возможности покупки золота Гохрана. "Если нам предложат нормальные условия, будем покупать", — сказал он. Ранее сообщалось, что Минфин РФ планирует продажу до 25 тонн золота из Гохрана. При этом министерство не исключало, что эта продажа состоится на внутреннем рынке, напоминает "Интерфакс".
29 октября совет директоров Банка России принял решение о снижении с 30 октября ставки рефинансирования на 0,5 процентного пункта — с 10 процентов до 9,5 процента годовых, напоминает ИТАР-ТАСС. Одновременно были снижены процентные ставки по отдельным операциям Банка России (также на 0,5 процентного пункта). Таким образом, ставка рефинансирования стала рекордно низкой с 1992 года.
Последнее снижение ставки рефинансирования ЦБ РФ явилось восьмым по счету в текущем году. Ставка рефинансирования в размере 13 процентов годовых действовала с 1 декабря 2008 года по 23 апреля 2009 года. С 24 апреля она была снижена до 12,5 процента годовых, с 14 мая — до 12 процентов, с 5 июня — до 11,5 процента, с 13 июля — до 11 процентов, с 10 августа — до 10,75 процента, с 15 сентября — до 10,5 процента годовых, с 30 сентября — до 10 процентов годовых.
