Бывшего председателя правления банка в Москве обвинили в неправомерных действиях при банкротстве, повлекших ущерб на 5,7 миллиардов рублей. Об этом сообщил столичный главк МВД, сообщает РИА Новости. Название банка не уточняется. Как рассказали некоторые средства массовой информации, речь идет о банкротстве банка «Холдинг-Кредит», сообщает РГ.
«Бывшая председатель правления банка, зная о предстоящем неизбежном отзыве лицензии, подала заявление об увольнении по собственному желанию. В связи с этим подозреваемая должна была передать имущество и соответствующие документы кредитной организации исполняющему обязанности председателя правления, однако не сделала этого», — говорится в сообщении.
В зданиях банка прошли обыски, были изъяты документы, сервер с базами данных и оригиналы кредитных досье.
Бывшего топ-менеджера банка обвинили по статье «неправомерные действия при банкротстве», ей грозит до трех лет лишения свободы.
