Банк России установил в пятницу лимит по операциям «валютный своп» в размере 5 миллиардов рублей, не изменив его по сравнению с четвергом, свидетельствуют данные регулятора.
Центробанк ввел ежедневный лимит по этим операциям с 20 октября 2008 года. Лимиты были введены в целях обеспечения соответствия объемов рефинансирования через операции «валютный своп» целевым ориентирам денежно-кредитной политики. Ранее эти сделки лимита не имели.
Лимиты устанавливаются исходя из прогноза дефицита банковской ликвидности и с учетом конъюнктуры внутреннего валютного рынка. ЦБ РФ повысил с 1 декабря 2008 года ставку по сделкам «валютный своп» сроком на один день (рублевая часть) сразу на один процентный пункт — до 13% для противодействия оттоку капитала.
