Сбербанк в стремлении защититься от роста «просрочки» вновь меняет условия розничного кредитования — теперь в банке можно будет получить кредит, если доходы заемщика подтверждены справкой по форме налоговой инспекции, а не по собственной форме банка, где могли учитываться неофициальные доходы клиента, пишет в пятницу газета «Коммерсант».
«Раньше мы принимали также справку о доходах по нашей собственной форме. Теперь — только справку 2-НДФЛ, в которой указываются ежемесячные доходы заемщика за последние полгода», — говорит менеджер одного из допофисов Сбербанка.
Кроме того, в справке по форме банка указывались паспортные данные заемщика, теперь требуется и копия трудовой книжки, рассказали в Краснопресненском отделении.
«Справка по форме банка заполняется заемщиком и заверяется подписью руководителя предприятия и главного бухгалтера, и там могли указываться «серые» доходы, не учтенные в налоговой», — поясняет главный бухгалтер банка «Авангард» Владимир Андреев. До кризиса многие банки, в том числе и Сбербанк, либерализовали условия выдачи кредитов и стали учитывать, в том числе, и «серые» доходы заемщиков.
В пресс-службе Сбербанка подтвердили информацию о том, что теперь подтверждение доходов для получения кредитов возможно только по справке 2-НДФЛ. При этом в банке не стали уточнять, какова доля кредитов, выданных с подтверждением доходов по форме банка.
Сбербанк уже несколько раз корректировал условия кредитования граждан в связи с кризисом. Он дважды повышал ставки по всем видам кредитования. С 1 октября прошлого года ставки на жилищные кредиты выросли на 0,75-2,25% годовых, на потребительские — на 1% годовых, с 1 февраля этого года по всей линейке ставки были подняты еще на 0,5-3% годовых. Кроме того, с февраля банк ввел обязательный первоначальный взнос по автокредиту в 30% и повысил комиссию за выдачу кредитов.
Условия кредитования в связи с кризисом ужесточили практически все участники рынка. «Банки установили лимиты по выдаваемой сумме, ограничили возраст заемщика, выдают кредиты только по месту регистрации заемщика», — напоминает вице-президент ФК «Уралсиб» Михаил Воронько.
Однако подтверждение доходов по форме банка сохранили многие крупнейшие банки — в частности, ВТБ 24, «Уралсиб», BSGV. В этих банках газете заявили, что не намерены отказываться от подобной практики.
Введение обязательного подтверждения доходов в виде справки 2-НДФЛ говорит о том, что Сбербанк старается ограничить количество потенциальных заемщиков, считает начальник управления развития нецелевых кредитов и кредитных карт Альфа-банка Илья Родионов. «В справке 2-НДФЛ указывается только белый доход заемщика, уровень которого может быть недостаточным для предоставления кредита», — добавляет директор по развитию бизнеса компании «Финансово-страховой брокер» Елена Кондрашова. О планах по сокращению кредитования неоднократно заявляли и в самом Сбербанке.
Ужесточить требования к заемщикам Сбербанк был вынужден и в связи с ростом просроченной задолженности, считает Родионов. Просроченная задолженность по кредитам физлицам за январь увеличилась на 16,7%, ее доля в портфеле сейчас — 2,02%. В январе банк увеличил резервы на возможные потери по ссудам на 20% — до 267,3 миллиарда рублей (около 5% от объема кредитного портфеля), отмечает газета.
