В Саратовской области возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении представителей инвестиционной компании ООО «РуссИнвестГрупп», подозреваемых в крупном мошенничестве. Об этом сообщается на сайте областного управления МВД.
Дело возбуждено по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК (мошенничество в особо крупном размере).
Как было установлено, подозреваемые в мошенничестве представители инвестиционной компании ООО «РуссИнвестГрупп» под видом законной деятельности, приняли денежные средства граждан, пообещав им высокие проценты по вкладам, в среднем от 120-150 процентов годовых. После этого организация прекратила свое существование, так и не выполнив обязательств по возврату денежных займов на общую сумму более 5 млрд руб.
В настоящее время в ГУ МВД России по Саратовской области обратилось более 70 граждан, пострадавших от деятельности фирмы. В Саратовском структурном подразделении ООО «РуссИнвестГрупп» имеется около 500 неисполненных договоров займа, что может соответствовать количеству потерпевших.
