Замруководителя Центрально-Черноземного банка Сбербанка Кирилл Тормышов и трое его сообщников арестованы по подозрению в отмывании и выводе за границу денег на сумму 3,875 млрд руб. Возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.2 ст.172 УК РФ ("Незаконная банковская деятельность").
Подробности скандала в Сбербанке выяснила газета "Коммерсантъ". По данным следствия, при участии банкира в его банке, и еще в нескольких крупных финансовых структурах было открыто около десятка счетов подставных фирм. Через них деньги обналичивали, затем конвертировали в иностранную валюту и переводили за границу.
Клиентов, желавших обналичить и вывести за рубеж денежные средства, подыскивали сообщники К.Тормышова. По версии МВД, банкиры действовали по следующей схеме: фиктивная фирма получала средства от контрагентов за якобы оказанные услуги или поставленные товары, после чего сама якобы заказывала услуги или покупала товары у зарубежных партнеров, что давало основания для перечисления денег зарубежным "покупателям".
Следователи считают, что эта схема использовались К.Тормашовым и его сообщниками с октября 2008г. За это время фигурантами было обналичено и выведено за рубеж как минимум 3,875 млрд руб. Участники группы, считают следователи, получали от 0,5 до 12% от объема операции.
В то же время в пресс-службе Сбербанка заявляют, что не нашли никаких нарушений в своем отделении. Центрально-Черноземным банком Сбербанка России проведена проверка законности деятельности липецкого отделения. Никаких нарушений в ходе проверки не установлено. Дополнительными данными по вопросу задержания заместителя управляющего липецким ОСБ банк не располагает.
Останкинский суд Москвы арестовал заместителя руководителя регионального отделения Центрально-Черноземного банка (обслуживает Воронежскую, Орловскую, Липецкую, Курскую, Белгородскую и Тамбовскую области) Сбербанка РФ Кирилла Тормышова, а также господ Пономаренко, Двуреченского и Овчинникова, занимавшихся, по данным следствия, отмыванием денежных средств и выводом их за рубеж.
На этом фоне другой скандал разгорается в челябинском отделении Сбербанка. По подозрению в хищении 12 млн руб. задержана контролер-кассир Ирина Швецова. Кража крупной суммы денежных средств была совершена в г.Коркино Челябинской области 2 февраля 2010г.
