Арбитражный суд Москвы отказал в иске ОАО Судостроительный завод «Северная верфь» к ЗАО Газета RU о защите деловой репутации, сообщает РБК.
Северная верфь просила суд признать порочащей деловую репутацию компании информацию, опубликованную на портале Gazeta.ru 6 июля 2011 года под заголовком «Верфи подпилили». По мнению истца, деловую репутацию компании порочит следующая фраза из статьи: «Объединенная судостроительная корпорация подозревает менеджмент и владельцев Северной верфи в выводе денег, полученных по военным контрактам». Истец считает, что компанию, по сути, обвинили в воровстве бюджетных средств.
