СК предъявил обвинения бывшему руководителю Главного управления экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции МВД РФ генерал лейтенанту Сугробову, подозреваемому в совершении должностных преступлений. Об этом сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на его адвоката Георгия Антонова.
По словам адвоката, Сугробову предъявлены обвинения, предусмотренные статьей 210 УК РФ «Организация преступного сообщества», пунктом «в» части третьей статьи 286 УК РФ «Превышение должностных полномочий, повлекшее тяжкие последствия» и частью третьей статьи 33 — статьи 304 УК РФ «Организация провокации взятки».
По версии следствия, Сугробов совместно со своим заместителем Борисом Колесниковым создал преступное сообщество для совершения действий, направленных против интересов государственной власти. В период существования группы с ноября 2013 до февраля 2014 года злоумышленники совершили не менее десяти тяжких преступлений.
Адвокат отметил, что его клиент дает подробные показания по каждому из вменяемых ему эпизодов.
8 мая Басманный суд Москвы избрал для Сугробова меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
