Уголовное дело в отношении главного специалиста-эксперта юридического отдела Межрайонной Инспекции ФНС России №25 возбуждено в Петербурге. 25-летнего Виталия Андреева подозревают в получении взятки (ч.2 ст. 290 УК РФ).
Как сообщает пресс-служба ГСУ СК РФ по Петербургу на официальном сайте, 14 января текущего года Андреев, зная о том, что в отношении местного жителя мировым судьей вынесен исполнительный документ-судебный приказ о взыскании налога на транспортное средство — более 35 тысяч рублей, — потребовал от него 10 тысяч. Взамен он обещал не направлять судебный акт для исполнения судебными приставам.
По данным предварительного следствия, 31 января Андреев, находясь по месту службы в доме №11/64 по улице Ленина, получил желаемые деньги, после чего передал «клиенту» оригинал судебного приказа, не направив его для исполнения приставам.
Сейчас Андреев находится под подпиской о невыезде, в ближайшее время ему будет предъявлено обвинение.
