Вчера Преображенский суд Москвы вынес постановление о снижении срока наказания авторитетному бизнесмену Владимиру Барсукову (Кумарину), сообщает «Фонтанка.ру». Он будет отбывать наказание 11,5 года вместо назначенных ранее Куйбышевским судом Петербурга 14 лет.
В ноябре 2099 года Барсуков был приговорен к 14 годам лишения свободы по обвинениям в организации рейдерских захватов универсама «Смольнинский» и ресторана «Петербургский уголок», а также в легализации средств. Ряд экспертов и наблюдателей усматривали в вердикте политические мотивации. Адвокаты Барсукова намерены подавать апелляционную жалобу.
