В Ростовской области в приграничных с Украиной территориях введен режим чрезвычайной ситуации. Об этом заявил губернатор Ростовской области Василий Голубев.
Режим ЧС на этих территориях объявлен в связи с массовым потоком беженцев из зоны боевых действий на юго-востоке Украины, отметил в своем твиттере уполномоченный при президенте России по правам ребенка Павел Астахов.
Как отметил Астахов, режим ЧС введен в 15 муниципалитетах.
«Интерфакс» со ссылкой на вице-губернатора Ростовской области Вадима Артемова ранее сообщал, что введение режима ЧС вызвано событиями на юго-востоке Украины и большим потоком беженцев и призван привлечь в область дополнительные финансовые средства, в том числе от МЧС России, для обеспечения беженцев, прибывающих с Украины.
