«Помните, передвигаться по тротуарам желательно на максимальном удалении от зданий. Услышав угрожающий шум сверху, необходимо быстро отбежать от дома или прижаться вплотную к стене, голову защитить сумкой или руками», — говорится в обращении МЧС к жителям города.
27 декабря в Апраксином переулке 44-летняя женщина была убита упавшей с дома глыбой льда. В тот же день на улице Марата в Центральном районе снежный ком упал на девушку. Еще один похожий случай произошел на улице Куйбышева, где сосулькой был травмирован мужчина.
Губернатор Северной столицы Георгий Полтавченко пообещал, что виновные в гибели женщины от сосульки будут наказаны.
