В Петербурге прошли обыски в компаниях, по предварительным данным, участвовавших в строительстве Западного скоростного диаметра. Восемь обысков проведено в офисах и на стоянках автотранспорта ООО «Агрегат» и ООО «Аренда техники» и еще 15 — в квартирах сотрудников этих фирм. Полицейские искали спецтехнику, а нашли и машины, и склад оружия. Об этом со ссылкой на ГУ МВД по СЗФО сообщает АБН.
По версии следствия, учредитель и гендиректор фирмы «Аренда техники» Алексей Архиреев с подельниками брал спецтехнику в аренду, а затем передавал ее по договорам субаренды. Через какое-то время машины якобы «угоняли», о чем и сообщали фирме-владельцу. На самом деле «украденная» спецтехника с новыми документами и перебитыми номерами агрегатов появлялась в других регионах. В частности, по такой мошеннической схеме были похищены и перепроданы 4 спецмашины общей стоимостью 12,4 млн рублей. Заведено уголовное дело.
Накануне в офисах и на стоянках автотранспорта обоих фирм, а также в квартирах сотрудников прошли обыски. В результате изъято 6 единиц спецтехники, поддельные печати производителей спецтехники и лизинговых организаций, более 20 поддельных паспортов самоходных машин и соответствующих им номерных «шильд» основных агрегатов специальной техники, электронные носители информации, сообщили АБН в ГУ МВД по СЗФО.
Кроме того, в ходе обыска, проведенного на рабочем месте и в гараже одного из фигурантов дела, обнаружен и изъят целый арсенал оружия: 3 ружья, 3 пистолета «ТТ», пистолет «6П37» с глушителем, пистолет-пулемет Судаева, пистолет «Магнум», ППШ, 3 нагана, 15 гранат Ф-1, 15 корпусов гранат «Ф-1», 7 глушителей, 20 гранат «РКГ-3», 2 мины, винтовка, а также составные части пистолетов, револьверов, автоматов, пулеметов, винтовок, множество патронов и снарядов, в том числе времен ВОВ.
В настоящее время подозреваемый задержан. Решается вопрос о заключении его под стражу.
