Денежный залог за художника-декоратора Бориса Краснова, подозреваемого в вымогательстве, поступил на счет суда, сообщает РИА Новости со ссылкой на адвоката Краснова Александра Добровинского.
«Суду перечислен установленный в четверг Останкинским судом залог в размере 5 миллионов рублей. Следовательно, он должен быть немедленно освобожден», — отметил защитник.
По данным следствия, в июле-августе 2011 года Краснов в составе организованной группы незаконно требовал от гендиректора московского ООО «Группа компаний «Инконнект» передать им право собственности на 100% уставного капитала «Инконнекта», имущество которого оценивается более чем в 5 миллионов рублей. В случае невыполнения своих требований группа угрожала «распространением заведомо ложных сведений, могущих нанести существенный вред деловой репутации компании путем организации незаконного уголовного преследования».
Останкинский суд Москвы в пятницу рассмотрит ходатайство следствия об аресте предполагаемых сообщников Краснова — замгендиректора некоммерческого партнерства «Спортивное информационное агентство Олимпийского комитета РФ» Олега Литошенко и замначальника отдела выставок министерства промышленности и торговли РФ Юрия Богданова.
Кроме того, суд постановил арестовать директора департамента внешнеэкономических отношений министерства промышленности и торговли Сергея Шилова. Срок ареста установлен до 31 октября.
