Согласно сообщению ФАС, билеты в плацкартных и общих вагонах поездов дальнего следования с января 2017 года подорожали на на 3,9%; в купе, СВ и люксах поездов, не входящих в систему динамического ценообразования, — на 5%.
Базовые тарифы на проезд в купе, СВ и люксе проиндексированы на 5% только в поездах, не входящих в систему динамического ценообразования. Под управлением системы находилось около 75% ФПК, в 2017 году этот показатель планируется увеличить до 95%.
В ФПК отметили, что в дерегулированном сегменте в поездах, не входящих в систему динамического ценообразования, действует график гибкого тарифного регулирования — стоимость проезда повышается или понижается в зависимости от календарных периодов и прогнозируемого спроса на пассажирские перевозки.
Также сообщается о подорожании в среднем на 5% стоимости услуг по предоставлению постельного белья, рациона питания, санитарно-гигиенических наборов.
