Московский окружной военный суда приговорил трех активистов запрещённого в РФ движения «Артподготовка» по делу о приготовлении террористического акта в Москве к лишению свободы на сроки от 7 до 8 лет колонии, передаёт ТАСС.
В ходе прений сторон гособвинение просило приговорить к 9 годам колонии строгого режима каждого из трех подсудимых. При этом прокурор отказался от части обвинений, касающихся создания ими террористического сообщества. «В связи с тем что в ходе судебного следствия было установлено, что подсудимые Олег Дмитриев, Олег Иванов и Сергей Озеров не имели устойчивых контактов, гособвинение отказывается от обвинения по ч. 2 ст. 205.4 УК РФ (участие в террористическом сообществе)», — заявила он 18 января.
Подсудимые были задержаны и арестованы в ноябре 2017 года.
