В 2009 году «Газпром нефть» в рамках оптимизации сократит 10% сотрудников центрального аппарата, сообщил заместитель гендиректора по организационным вопросам компании Кирилл Кравченко корпоративному изданию «Нефтегазета». Он добавил, что если в добывающем секторе затраты на персонал составляют около 10%, то в корпоративном центре это главная статья расходов. «Если уж снижать издержки, то надо начинать с себя»,— считает Кравченко. Он добавил, что в ближайшие два года компании «не удастся развиваться с запланированной интенсивностью» и «ряд проектов надо будет отложить», поэтому необходимо «привести инвестиционные программы и кадровый состав в соответствие с экономической ситуацией».
