На предприятиях воздушного, железнодорожного и водного транспорта России задолженность по зарплате по состоянию на 1 апреля 2009г. составляла около 1,5 млрд руб. Об этом сообщили в управлении взаимодействия со СМИ Генеральной прокуратуры РФ.
Благодаря мерам прокурорского реагирования сумма погашенной задолженности на сегодняшний день составила 751 млн 680 тыс. руб. В частности, на Урале была полностью погашена задолженность по зарплате работникам различных предприятий, которая в 2008г. составляла 64 млн руб.
В ведомстве отметили, что в настоящее время наиболее сложная ситуация сложилась с выплатой зарплаты на предприятиях воздушного транспорта, дислоцированных в Ростовской области, в частности в ОАО «Таганрогская авиация» (ОАО «ТАВИА») и ОАО «ТАНТК им.Г.М.Бериева». Установлено, что работники этих предприятий не получили заработную плату за январь-февраль с.г. Сумма долга превысила 109 млн руб. С учетом принятых мер прокурорского реагирования по состоянию на 1 апреля 2009г. удалось полностью погасить задолженность по заработной плате перед работниками ОАО «ТАНТК им.Г.М.Бериева» и частично перед сотрудниками ОАО «ТАВИА». Дальнейшие выплаты заработной платы находятся на контроле прокуроров.
В целом в стране, по данным Росстата, объем просроченной задолженности по зарплате на 1 апреля 2009г. составил 8 млрд 755 млн руб., увеличившись на 8,3% по сравнению с 1 марта 2009г. Задолженность по состоянию на 1 апреля 2009г. существовала перед 500 тыс. человек, из которых 51% — работники обрабатывающих производств, 12% — строительства, 10% — сельского хозяйства, на долю работников, занятых в области культуры, образования, здравоохранения и социальных услуг приходилось 3%.
