Самая низкая явка избирателей зафиксирована в Закарпатской области -56,37% избирателей, Черновицкой области — 61,38%, Херсонской области — 60,3% и Одесской области — 63,37%.
В Киеве явка избирателей составила 67,16%.
В первом туре выборов президента Украины, состоявшегося 17 января текущего года, явка избирателей составила 66,76%, что в абсолютных цифрах составляет 24 млн 588 тыс. 264 избирателя. Напомним, на выборах в 2004г. явка составила 74,92%, а в 1999г. — 73,8%.
