Следственные органы предъявили экс-директору шахты "Распадская", на которой в ночь на 9 мая произошла авария, Игорю Волкову обвинение в нарушении правил безопасности при ведении горных работ, сообщил РИА Новости в четверг официальный представитель СКП РФ Владимир Маркин.
Жертвами двух взрывов, прогремевших в ночь на 9 мая с интервалом в четыре часа на угольной шахте "Распадская" в Междуреченске, стали по меньшей мере 66 человек, судьба еще 24 остается неизвестной. За медицинской помощью обратились около 130 пострадавших.
"Игорю Волкову предъявлено обвинение в совершении преступления, предусмотренного частью 3 статьи 216 УК РФ (нарушение правил безопасности при ведении горных, строительных или иных работ, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть двух и более лиц)", — сказал Маркин.
Он также добавил, что Волков находится под подпиской о невыезде.
В случае, если экс-директор шахты будет признан виновным, ему грозит до семи лет лишения свободы.
Во вторник стало известно, что Волков, которого премьер-министр РФ Владимир Путин раскритиковал за нарушения, подал в отставку.
В среду первый замдиректора "Распадской угольной компании" Валерий Зелинский сообщил журналистам, что поисковые работы на шахте, где под завалами десятые сутки остаются 24 горняка, отложены на неопределенный срок. Это связано с тем, что за прошедшие сутки обстановка на шахте осложнилась, активизировались очаги пожаров, создалась обстановка, создающая реальную опасность для жизней горноспасателей. Ранее поисковые работы планировалось возобновить во вторник вечером.
Таким образом, первоначальный прогноз оперативного штаба о том, что горноспасателям удастся за пять-семь дней, начиная с 15 мая, устранить угрозу нового взрыва на шахте и возобновить поиск остающихся под землей горняков, не оправдался. В шахте высокая концентрация метана, действуют пожары. Чтобы уменьшить загазованность и потушить пожары, отдельные участки шахты затапливают водой и подают в шахту специальный реагент "Хладон", который должен снизить угрозу взрыва.
