Экс-губернатору Тульской области Вячеславу Дудке предъявлено обвинение в получении взятки, сообщает Интерфакс. Об этом заявил официальный представитель СК РФ Владимир Маркин.
«Обвинение предъявлено по ч. 4 ст. 290 УК РФ («Получение взятки»)», — сказал Маркин. По его словам, в настоящее время следствие решает вопрос о том, что бы избрать в отношении Дудки меру пресечения в виде заключения под домашний арест.
