Представители НАТО высказывают готовность дать России фактические гарантии о ненаправленности системы ПРО против нее, сообщает Интерфакс.
«Мы можем дать политические заверения, что ПРО не направлено против России. Это будут политические формулировки. Потом они излагаются на бумаге», — заявил помощник Генерального Секретаря НАТО по политическим вопросам и политике безопасности Дирк Бренгельманн.
