Еще в декабре 2009 года Арбитражный суд Москвы постановил, что "Балтика" должна выплатить "Русскому солоду" 2,119 миллиарда рублей. Однако в марте 2010-го апелляционный суд снизил сумму выплат до 300 миллионов рублей.
Таким образом, нынешнее решение арбитража отменяет предыдущее постановление и увеличивает сумму выплат.
Иск "Русского солода" связан с договором на поставки солода "Балтике" в 2008-2009 годах. В сентябре 2008-го "Балтика" попросила своего партнера прекратить поставки, однако официально договор расторгнут не был. В "Русском солоде" настаивали на выполнении контракта и оплате поставок.
