Адвокаты экс-главы ЮКОСа Михаила Ходорковского и бывшего руководителя МФО «Менатеп» Платона Лебедева повторно подали жалобу в Верховный суд РФ на приговор Хамовнического суда, сообщает РАПСИ.
Напомним, Хамовнический суд Москвы в конце 2010 года приговорил Лебедева и экс-главу ЮКОСа Михаила Ходорковского к 14 годам колонии каждого по обвинению в хищении 200 миллионов тонн нефти и отмывании денег. Затем наказание было смягчено на год. Президиум Мосгорсуда 20 декабря прошлого года снизил им срок заключения с 13 до 11 лет.
