Военные Национальной гвардии в России получат право использовать боевую технику при освобождении заложников и пресечении массовых беспорядков. Об этом сообщает РИА «Новости».
Как говорится в проекте закона, военные смогут применять водометы и бронемашины с последующим обязательным уведомлением прокурора в течение 24 часов с момента их применения.
Кроме того, отмечается, что в ряды Нацгвардии могут войти казачьи формирования.
