Международное рейтинговое агентство Standard & Poor’s 26 января понизило суверенные кредитные рейтинги России по обязательствам в иностранной валюте с BBB-/A-3 до BB+/B, прогноз — «негативный», говорится в сообщении S&P. Таким образом, рейтинг был снижен до «спекулятивного» уровня.
Cуверенные кредитные рейтинги по обязательствам в национальной валюте понижены с BBB/A-2 до BBB-/A-3. В то же время S&P вывело эти рейтинги из списка CreditWatch, то есть «на пересмотре».
На таком уровне рейтинг России не находился с января 2004 г.
S&P объясняет причины снижения рейтинга тем, что состояние российской финансовой системы продолжает ухудшаться, а резервы продолжают сокращаться из-за внешнего давления и возрастающей государственной поддержки экономики. Всё это ограничивает возможности российского ЦБ при проведении денежно-кредитной политики, констатирует агентство.
Следующая публикация рейтинга запланирована на 17 апреля.
