Международное рейтинговое агентство Moody’s Investors Service понизило различные кредитные рейтинги трех французских банков, бельгийской банковской группы и люксембургского банка, сообщает РБК.
Рейтинговые действия были предприняты в отношении французских Banque Federative du Credit Mutuel (BFCM), Credit Industriel et Commercial (CIC) и BPCE. Так, перспективная кредитная оценка CIC была понижена с baa1 до baa2. Субординированные долговые рейтинги BFCM и CIC были понижены с А1 до Ваа1. Долгосрочные рейтинги по долговым обязательствам и депозитам BFCM и CIC были подтверждены на уровне Aa3. Рейтинг о долговым обязательствам и депозитам BPCE был понижен на две ступени — с Аа3 до А2. По всем рейтингам прогноз – «стабильный».
Moody’s также понизило долгосрочный рейтинг по долговым обязательствам и депозитам бельгийской банковской группы KBC Group на две ступени — с А2 до Ваа1; краткосрочный рейтинг группы понижен с Prime-1 до Prime-2. Прогноз по рейтингам – «стабильный».
Рейтинг по долговым обязательствам и депозитам люксембургского Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat был понижен с Aaa до Аа1 со «стабильным» прогнозом.
Ранее сообщалось, что по аналогичным причинам Moody’s понизило долгосрочные рейтинги по долговым обязательствам и депозитам пяти нидерландских банков. Понижение затронуло Rabobank Nederland — до Aa2, ABN Amro Bank — до A2, Lease Plan — до Baa2, SNS — о Baa2. Прогноз по всем рейтингам оставлен как «стабильный». Рейтинг ING Bank N.V. был понижен до A2 с «негативным» прогнозом.
