Оппозиционер Алексей Навальный договорился с одним из банков о выпуске дебетовой кобрендовой карты, сообщают СМИ. Как сообщила пресс-секретарь Навального Анна Ведута, 1% от покупок и других транзакций по карте будет перечисляться на счет некоммерческой организации – Фонда борьбы с коррупцией. Деньги будут взиматься не с держателя карты, а с банка.
С каким именно банком договорился Навальный, СМИ не удалось узнать. Навальный сообщил, что банк выступает исключительно как инфраструктура и не поддерживает его деятельности ни сам, ни через своих акционеров.
Согласно результатам маркетингового исследования потенциальное число держателей таких карт – 4 миллиона человек.
Предполагается, что деятельность Фонда борьбы с коррупцией будут финансировать бизнесмены, согласные выделить средства на борьбу с коррупцией. Навальный неоднократно заявлял, что деятельность фонда будет открытой, точно так же, как и информация о спонсорах.
Кобрендовые карты очень популярны в США и Европе. На пластике размещаются сразу два бренда – банка-эмитента и организации, которая поддерживает выпуск карт. Некоммерческие организации традиционно используют кобрендовый пластик для финансирования своей деятельности.
