Международное агентство Standard&Poor’s подтвердило суверенные рейтинги России в национальной и иностранной валюте на уровне BBB/A-2 с сохранением стабильного прогноза, сообщает «Коммерсантъ».
Основанием для подтверждения рейтингов стали сильные фискальные и внешнеэкономические показатели России как суверенного заемщика. Стабильный прогноз означает, что у России нет нарастающих проблем с долговой устойчивостью, несмотря на негативные ожидания аналитиков по дальнейшему снижению динамики роста ВВП. Недостатками российской экономики S&P по-прежнему называет слабость экономических институтов и высокую зависимость от цен на нефть.
