Международная платежная система Visa не исключает свой уход с российского рынка: в компании считают неприемлемым требование властей РФ об обеспечительном взносе, который позволяет зарубежным платежным операторам работать в нашей стране. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба компании.
Напомним, ранее Visa приостановила обслуживание карт ряда российских банков из-за санкций США.
«Позиция Visa относительно положений об обеспечительном взносе в законе „О национальной платежной системе“ не изменилась. Как мы неоднократно заявляли с момента принятия данных поправок к закону, требование об обеспечительном взносе является неприемлемым и выходит за рамки того, что мы хотели бы делать» — говорится в сообщении пресс-службы компании.
Согласно принятому в мае закону, который должен заработать с 1 июля, иностранные платежные системы должны ежеквартально отчислять Центробанку 25% от своего среднедневного оборота. Невыполнение этого требования влечет штраф.
