«Лукойл» продает все свои заправки и нефтебазы на Украине

«Лукойphoto1_245л», входивший в пятерку лидеров топливного рынка Украины по количеству станций и объему розничной продажи нефтепродуктов, продает все свои заправки и нефтебазы на Украине австрийской компании AMICEnergyManagementGmbH (AMIC). Об этом сообщается в заявлении «Лукойла», опубликованном на официальном сайте компании.

В итоге австрийская фирма усилит свой инвестиционный портфель в Центральной и Восточной Европе на 240 автомобильных заправочных станций и шесть нефтебаз.

«Продажа сети АЗС и нефтебаз в Украине компании AMIC позволит «Лукойлу» оптимизировать структуру активов и систему управления сбытовой сетью в Восточной Европе, что имеет большое значение для повышения эффективности нашего бизнеса в сфере сбыта нефтепродуктов», — говорится в сообщении.

Ранее из опубликованного доклада ОБСЕ стало известно, что бойцы украинской радикальной организации «Правый сектор» заблокировали несколько заправок «Лукойл» в Ивано-Франковске, потребовав выдать бесплатный бензин на нужды военных, которые проводят силовую операцию на востоке страны. Праворадикалы заявили, что «Лукойл» должен выделять украинской армии до трех тонн бензина ежемесячно.
