«В случае, если ситуация решена не будет, под угрозу будут поставлены не только поставки газа в Украину, но и транзит газа в Европу», — заявил украинский министр во вторник в Брюсселе, где обсудил ситуацию с поставками российского газа с европейским комиссаром по вопросам энергетики Гюнтером Оттингером и представителями газовой индустрии ЕС.
Также украинский министр заявил, что российский Черноморский флот находится на территории Украины, и Харьковские договоренности о скидке на газ в счет оплаты пребывания кораблей ЧФ после 2017 года должны действовать.
Тем временем, долг Украины за поставки с конца 2013 до апреля 2014 года вырос до 2,2 миллиарда долларов.
