Под санкции подпали «Газпром», компании «Газпром нефть», «ЛУКойл», «Транснефть», НОВАТЭК, «Сургутнефтегаз», «Сибнефть» и «Роснефть».
Также санкции коснулись Сбербанка, Банка Москвы, Газпромбанка, Россельхозбанка, ВЭБ и ВТБ.
