Президент Украины внёс на рассмотрение Верховной Рады проект постановления об определении отдельных районов Донбасса, в которых вводится особый порядок местного самоуправления. Об этом сообщается на сайте парламента Украины.
Отмечается, что документ датирован вчерашним числом, хотя внесен в ночь с 14 на 15 марта.
Отметим, что согласно минским договоренностям, закон об особом статусе должен был быть именно принят до 14 марта, а не просто внесен. Таким образом, Киев нарушил сроки, оговоренные в минских договорённостях.
Тем более, что Верховная Рада сможет приступить к рассмотрению постановления лишь не ранее 17 марта, когда запланировано ее очередное пленарное заседание.
