Накопительный элемент останется в системе обязательного пенсионного страхования. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Дмитрий Медведев на заседании правительства в четверг, 23 апреля.
«Решение принято. Накопительный элемент сохранится», — сказал председатель правительства и добавил, что необходимо «развивать предсказуемую пенсионную систему».
Также Медведев пояснил, что решение оставить накопительный элемент в пенсионной системе поддерживают как эксперты, так и обычные граждане страны.
На совещании премьер дал поручение Минфину и Минэкономразвития подготовить предложения по более эффективному использованию средств накопительного компонента. По мнению Медведева, накопительная часть пенсии должна стать источником длинных инвестиций в экономике РФ, для которой в настоящее время закрыты внешние рынки заимствования.
Напомним, с конца 2013 года отчисления в накопительную часть заморозили (их работодатели производили за тех, кто родился в 1967 году и позднее).
