Страх и трепет в Париже

Подсчёт продолжается. В шести местах Парижа убиты 130 человек, 350 попало в больницы. Весь мир задаётся вопросами «зачем?» и «где это повторится?» Есть и такие, что не на поверхности. Например, «как избежать повторения?»

francuzy2В пятницу, в десятом часу вечера по местному времени, несколько взрывов прогремело в помещениях крупнейшего французского стадиона «Стад де Франс». На матче Германия – Франция присутствовал президент Франсуа Олланд, который был экстренно эвакуирован. Помимо двоих террористов-смертников погибли три человека. Шахиду в кафе «Контуар Вольтер» повезло ещё меньше: его пояс взорвался раньше, чем он приблизился к потенциальным жертвам.

В ресторане «Маленькая Камбоджа» и расположенном напротив баре «Ле Карийон» при стрельбе погибли как минимум 26 человек. Возле пиццерии «Ла Каза Ностра» около стреляющего шахида заметили  пять тел. В кафе «Ла Белль Экип» автоматными очередями изрешечены  19 человек.

Самую кровавую жатву террористы собрали в клубе «Батаклан». Во время выступления американской группы Eagles of Death Metal четверо шахидов ворвались внутрь и открыли пальбу из автоматов. Методично и хладнокровно расстреливая собравшуюся толпу, они оставили в реках крови больше 90 трупов. Во время штурма «Батаклана» трое из них успели привести в действие свои пояса, четвёртого застрелила полиция.

Президент тут же объявил о введении чрезвычайного режима. Французские границы оказались перекрыты, как выяснилось, не зря. На следующий день в Германии был задержан автомобиль, наполненный оружием и взрывчаткой, направлявшийся в сторону западной границы. Выживших сообщников, которых предположительно было двое (восемь погибли) отлавливали все выходные. Наконец, 16 ноября в Бельгии оказался задержан Салах Абдеслам, который предположительно причастен к организации терактов. До этого арестовали Мухаммеда, брата Салаха. Но вся вина братьев сводится к тому, что старший из Абдесламов, Ибрагим на улицах Парижа в ту жуткую ночь убивал людей. Личности остальных стрелков устанавливаются, и еще неизвестно, не приведёт ли это к волне массовых арестов по совершенно формальным поводам.

Ответственность на себя, как всегда в последние недели, взяло запрещенное в России «Исламское государство». Установлено даже имя непосредственного руководителя и вдохновителя кровавых событий пятницы 13-го. Как сообщают западные СМИ, это 27-летний сириец Абдельхамид Абауд.

francuzy5Реакция на случившееся, как водится, начала проявляться с интернет-сервисов. В Твиттере и Фейсбуке силами известных артистов запущен хештег #PrayForParis («Молимся за Париж»), который призван поддержать людей, попавших в беду и мобилизовать для помощи тех, кому повезло под этот каток не попасть. Быстро организовали кампанию #PorteOuverte («Открытая дверь») для того, чтобы люди, запертые в центре во время блокирования полицией, нашли приют в квартирах горожан. На следующий день после теракта тысячи парижан потянулись на станции переливания крови, которые очень быстро стали отказывать в услугах, поскольку хранилища для крови переполнились.

Солидарность, проявленная западным обществом, как обычно блистала добродетелью пассивности. Не выйти против террористов, а просто открыть дверь. Не напасть на стрелявших, а помочь побыстрее убежать. Не информировать полицию о передвижениях террористов, а твитнуть «моление за Париж». В самом деле, для чего стараться, если все сделает полиция?

В разгар футбольного матча, когда Олланду сообщили о терактах, он попал на камеру. Кадр получился впечатляющим и символичным: растерянность и шок, застывшие в глазах. Максимум проявленной президентом жёсткости: предложение внести в Конституцию Франции статью, разрешающую лишать гражданства осуждённых за терроризм… Все французы в тот день испытывали примерно то же самое. Ни один человек не дал отпора, ни в ком не нашлось достаточно праведной ярости для решительных действий. Парижане лишь убегали и умирали.

Он, пусть и в довольно развязной манере, связал такое количество погибших с отсутствием права на ношение оружия. Действительно, пока  европейское общество движется по пути принудполиткорректности, рецидив такой ужасной бойни очень вероятен. Дело не в самом факте, а в его последствиях. Когда в руки граждан вложены ультимативные средства самообороны, провернуть вторую пятницу, 13-е становится не самым легким делом.

Тем временем, на саммите G20 в Анталье Барак Обама дружелюбно беседует с Владимиром Путиным. «Если наши партнёры считают, что настало время как-то менять наши отношения, то мы будем это приветствовать», – сказал президент РФ. Кто бы сомневался. Сколько ещё тому же Геннадию Тимченко жить невыездным? А уж как истосковался по нормальному отдыху в Европе пламенный ненавистник Запада, а когда-то участник оранжевого Майдана-2004 Дмитрий Киселёв! Всем им, похоже, подмигивает удача. Обама ведь не Рейган и даже Олланд не Миттеран…
