Петербургс
кому предпринимателю Владимиру Барсукову (Кумарину) вынесен оправдательный приговор по делу об организации убийства владельца ЗАО «Санкт-Петербургский нефтяной терминал» и убийстве его охранника.
Соответствующее решение вынес Санкт-Петербургский городской суд на выездном заседании в Москве, сообщает «Интерфакс».
Барсукова признали невиновным на основе вердикта присяжных.
Также были оправданы другие фигуранты дела Вячеслав Дроков и Александр Меркулов.
Напомним, Барсукова пытались обвинить в том, что он, желая незаконно завладеть имуществом ЗАО «Санкт-Петербургский нефтяной терминал», заказал убийство его владельца Сергея Васильева. В ходе нападения был убит один охранник Васильева, а сам владелец ЗАО и другие охранники были ранены.
Барсуков настаивал, что не причастен к данному инциденту, а кроме того не имел даже мотива для убийства Васильева, так как захватить нефтяной терминал таким способом невозможно.
Напомним, в настоящее время Барсуков и Дроков отбывают сроки по другим уголовным делам.
