Глава ВЭБ считает, что это позволить увеличить программу поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства со стороны самого Российского банка развития, а с другой стороны, улучшит его балансовые показатели. Все это, подчеркнул он, даст возможность обращаться за серьезными объемами рефинансирования со стороны ЦБ под залог тех кредитов, которые будут выделяться региональным банкам, участвующим в программе поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса.
Дмитриев по итогам Наблюдательного совета также сообщил, что Газпромбанку будет выделен субординированный кредит в объеме 75 миллиардов рублей.
