В ночь на пятницу двое неизвестных напали на журналиста Алексея Семёнова, активно выступающего против донбасской войны, в поддержку украинской Революции Достоинства. Нападавшие избили Семёнова бейсбольной битой. Завязалась потасовка, журналист пытался сопротивляться, но силы оказались неравны. Захватив барсетку и ноутбук, бандиты скрылись на машине. Семёнов был госпитализирован со сломанной рукой и ушибом головы.
По словам Алексея Семёнова, он поздно возвращался с работы. За ним увязались неизвестные. «Я заметил, что за мной идут двое, — рассказал он. — Они о чём-то говорили, потом резко приблизились ко мне». Один из них достал бейсбольную биту и атаковал журналиста, второй поддерживал «на страховке». После короткой драки и грабежа, когда нападавшие скрылись, Семёнов вызвал полицию и скорую помощь.
36-летний Алексей Семёнов хорошо известен в политических кругах обеих столиц, особенно в левой среде. Много лет он принадлежал к коммуно-социалистической части протестного движения, состоял в «Авангарде красной молодёжи». Участвовал в уличных акциях, выступал в электронной прессе и в социальных сетях. Семёнов был известен высказываниями в защиту Сталина, удостоен юбилейной медали к 130-летию генсека ВКП(б). В 2011 году он активно выступал в поддержку Муамара Каддафи. На этой почве конфликтовал с ультраправыми активистами, но эти конфликты принимали форму содержательной полемики.
В 2013—2014 годах Алексей Семёнов решительно поддержал Украинскую революцию с социалистических позиций. Майдан он воспринял как реализацию установок «Коммунистического манифеста», продолжение революционных движений 1848 года, в которых участвовали Карл Маркс и Фридрих Энгельс. Поэтому он осудил аннексию Крыма и войну на Донбассе, развязанную контрреволюционными силами при поддержке правящей верхушки РФ.
Некоторые оппозиционеры объяснили нападение на журналиста его политической позицией. Но сам Алексей Семёнов не склонен делать такие выводы. «Пока всё тянет на бытовуху. Я активно выступаю за мир в Украине, это правда, но совсем не готов связать нападение с моей гражданской позицией. Ничего политического нападавшие мне не кричали. Так что, может я и ошибаюсь, но назвать нападение заказным у меня пока оснований нет».
Около года назад в Санкт-Петербурге произошло нападение на известного оппозиционного публициста Александра Скобова. Ему были нанесены тяжёлые ножевые ранения, опасные для жизни. К счастью, Александра удалось спасти. Сторонники и противники Скобова поспешили тогда объявить его жертвой политического террора. Первые возмущались, вторые радовались, возникла обычная для нашего времени картина омерзительной перебранки на крови (эпизод «ожесточения в обществе», на которое Ирина Прохорова политкорректно жаловалась Владимиру Путину). Сам же Скобов считал происшедшее наркоманской бытовухой. И это версия быстро подтвердилась: Скобова ранили и ограбили бандиты-рецидивисты. После чего политические оппоненты с обеих сторон сразу обо всём забыли.
Но с другой стороны… Маховик политического насилия в стране действительно раскручивается всё более грозно. Убийство Бориса Немцова – наиболее драматичный, но далеко не единственный пример. В День защитника Отечества в Москве была избита поэтесса-диссидентка Алина Витухновская. Регулярно случались физические столкновения на антивоенных акциях в Петербурге: члены фёдоровского НОДа нападали на пикетчиков. При этом, надо признать, источником насилия выступает не только пропутинская и антиукраинская сторона. В той же Северной столице поджигали дом активиста «движения «Новороссия» Анатолия Артюха (помощник депутата Милонова и сам бывал не чужд рукоприкладству), избивали сотрудников «антимайданной» газеты «Общество и экология», недавно произошло нападение на её редактора Сергея Лисовского. В этих случаях комментаторы возлагали ответственность на «русских бандеровцев» из неких организаций «Блок ФАКТ» и «Свободный Донбасс». Недавно в Сети появилась листовка «За Русский Майдан», фактически призывающая к продолжению такого рода акций. Не случайно тот же Анатолий Чубайс выступает со страстным призывом: «Всем пора остановиться!» Обстановка действительно тревожна, спираль насилия опасна.
Так или иначе, нападение на Алексея Семёнова — будь то уголовный грабёж или политический заказ — должно быть объективно расследовано, а преступники — примерно наказаны. Коллеги-журналисты выражают Семёнову сочувствие и поддержку.
