Министр образования РФ что ни день, то радует новыми предложениями. Ещё вчера она предлагала обзавестись всем школам обязательными кружками шахмат, до этого потребовала немедленно организовать уроки хорового пения. Сегодня её предложением стала непременная профориентация. В дополнение к жизненно необходимым урокам астрономии, закона божьего и трудотерапии.
«Я глубоко убеждена, что нужно вернуть в школы ориентацию на профессию, это необходимо», — заявила Васильева. Профориентация во времена её молодости была обязательным предметом в старших классах. Итоговая, оценка за него выставлялась в аттестат. И влияла на средний балл, учитывающийся при поступлении в вуз. Суть предмета состояла в том, что в течение целого учебного дня школьники постигали токарное, столярное, швейное дело. Некоторые счастливцы обучались автоделу, машинописи, в особо удачных случаях — простейшим навыкам работы на ЭВМ. Большинству обучающихся эти полезные знания в жизни не пригодились, но проходной вузовский балл отчасти определили (в большинстве своём наставники молодёжи не заморачиваясь проверкой знаний, ставили положительные оценки).
Поскольку на профориентацию отводился целый день, а у преподавателей было достаточно своих дел, они ограничивались 2—3 учебными часами. После этого ученики могли быть свободны, и занимались своими собственными делам. Сегодня это это кажется странным, но в основном, учебными. Поскольку поступление в вуз в советское время давало реальную возможность социального лифта. И было довольно серьёзным испытанием. Сначала надо было хорошо сдать выпускные экзамены, а потом ещё и вступительные. Документы можно было сдавать только в один вуз только раз в год. В общем, профориентация не особенно мешала. В чём-то она была даже полезна — почти свободный день и дополнительный бонус к аттестату.
Возможно, и сейчас это забытое нововведение было бы принято если не «на ура», то спокойно. Однако с советских времён многое переменилось. Прежде всего, ученики. Свободный день для них так и останется свободным — едва ли наберётся хоть 1% желающих после профориентации заняться подготовкой к другим предметам. То есть целый день выпадет из учебного плана. Весьма насыщенного, если посмотреть программу. Расписанную буквально минутам. И даже если профориентация будет втиснута в неё в урезанном варианте, скажем, 2 часа в неделю, это мало что изменит. Тем более, что туда будут добавлены астрономия (не меньше 1 часа в неделю), хоровое пение (тоже не меньше 1 часа в неделю), а также дополнительные часы истории ВОВ («На историю Великой Отечественной войны сейчас не очень много часов, и я буду с этим сильно бороться») и религии. Это ещё как минимум 2 учебных часа в неделю. То есть всё тот же полноценный учебный день. Да ещё и с непременными домашними заданиями — уж в астрономии, по крайней мере, без этого никак не обойтись.
Вполне очевидно, что 1 час в неделю на астрономию не прибавит особых знаний. Тем более, что она уже давно и вполне гармонично вписана в курсы физики и географии. История ВОВ тоже не станет яснее, поскольку, помимо ознакомления с ней на собственно уроках истории, изучается ещё и на обязательных «уроках патриотизма». Кстати, почему именно ВОВ, а не война со шведами, в результате которой Россия стала великой морской державой? Или Первая, приведшая к переустройству всего мира? Или образованному гражданину РФ достаточно знать, что «деды воевали», а про прадедов уже не обязательно?
Хоровое пение глотку и лёгкие, конечно, разовьёт, но когда готовиться к ЕГЭ, который никуда не денется, а лишь усложнится («Это будет экзамен, в котором будут только творческие задания с большим развёрнутым ответом, связанные с теорией литературы. То есть, во-первых, задания увеличатся, они будут требовать хорошего знания текста, а во-вторых, будут повышены требования к самому сочинению»)? А также к дополнительным контрольным — так называемым «входящим и выходящим» всероссийским проверочным работам, которые решила внедрить в образовательный процесс министр? Или хотя бы к ГЕА-9? Ведь даже если у девятиклассников не будет астрономии, то остальное-то останется. Их ведь тоже надо профориентировать, патриотизировать, воцерковлять. И в качестве поощрения загнать в пять бесплатных кружков: театральный, музыкальный, технический, спортивный и шахматный.
Кстати, школьники, успешно прошедшие весь этот патриотично-трудовой цикл обучения вовсе не обязательно смогут поступить в выбранный вуз на выбранную специальность. По крайней мере те, кто не живёт в Москве или Санкт-Петербурге. По мнению министра, они вполне себе могут оставаться в родном регионе («У нас над этим работают губернаторы и ректоры»).
В общем, обучись вколачивать гвозди, правильно класть земные поклоны, копать грядки, петь в хоре, находить на небе Полярную звезду и сиди себе дальше в своей Тьмутаракани. Играй в шахматы. Тебя ведь этому обучили. Совершенно бесплатно.
