Крупнейший авиаперевозчик России «Аэрофлот» намеревается продать одно из своих дочерних предприятий «Нордавиа». Предполагается, что на продажу будет выставлен 51% акций. Одним из возможных покупателей называется «Норильский никель». Стоит отметить, что «Норильскому никелю» принадлежит собственный авиаперевозчик – фирма «Таймыр», известная под брендом Nordstar.
Пока сумма возможной сделки не раскрывается. Эксперты полагают, что «Нордавиа» будет оценен примерно в 400 миллионов долларов. «Аэрофлот» надеется избавиться от лишних активов, которые не были включены в стратегию развития компании до 2025 года.
Отметим, что «Нордавиа» работает в убыток. Компания, в парке которой находятся 14 самолетов, за первые три квартала 2010 года понесла колоссальный убыток. Его оценивают в 9 миллионов долларов.
