Холдинговая компания Digital Sky Technologies Limited (DST) консолидировала 100% Mail.ru. По информации СМИ, консолидация активов стала результатом переговоров с миноритариями Mail.ru. «Объединение таких активов, как Mail.ru, «Одноклассники» и ICQ в один ресурс могло бы дать старт принципиально новому Интернет-сервису, — добавляет Алексея Скворцов.- Над подобными проектами работает несколько крупнейших игроков Интернет-индустрии.
