Основатель социальной сети «ВКонтакте» Павел Дуров заявил, что он уходит из компании. Об этом он сообщил на своей странице в соцсети.
«В результате событий, последовавших за изменением акционерного состава ВКонтакте в апреле 2013 года, свобода действий генерального директора в управлении компанией значительно сократилась. Становится все сложнее отстаивать те принципы, которые некогда были заложены в основу нашей социальной сети», — объяснил Дуров свое решение.
При этом он отметил, что будет и дальше участвовать в жизни ВКонтакте на правах основателя, «однако формальные посты в новых условиях мне не интересны».
В январе Павел Дуров продал часть своих акций соцсети «ВКонтакте». Позже стало известно, что он покинет пост гендиректора.
