Последний якобы незаконно отказывается от кредитования должников "Автобанка". Кроме этого антимонопольное ведомство рассмотрит дела ещё двух финансовых учреждений — "Абсолют Банка" и "Кредит Европа Банка".
В ведомстве называют незаконными некоторые условия программы ипотечного кредитования. В частности, эти финансовые организации заставляют заемщиков страховать жизнь и свой титул при получении кредита, что противоречит закону "О защите конкуренции", который запрещает навязывание контрагенту невыгодных или не относящихся к предмету договора условий. По мнению ФАС, обязательное страхование жизни заемщика может рассматриваться как невыгодное и не относящееся к предмету ипотечного договора, сообщают "Вести".
