Федеральная антимонопольная служба России разрешила компании МТС купить сеть магазинов «Связной». Об этом говорится в решении ФАС, опубликованном на сайте ведомства.
О том, что МТС подала такое ходатайство ФАС стало известно 15 сентября.
В то же время, оператор связи МТС сообщил ТАСС, что не принимал решения о покупке ГК «Связной», и вопрос пока рассматривается.
«Связной» управляет 3,2 тыс. салонов, также в группу входят интернет-магазин Svyaznoy.ru, «Связной Трэвел», мультимедийный портал SVOY.RU, «Связной Загрузка», «Связной Радио» и другие проекты. Контролируется Максимом Ноготковым. Выручка по итогам 2013 года — 108 млрд рублей, чистый долг оценивался в 9 млрд рублей.
МТС — оператор связи, оказывающий услуги в России, Белоруссии, Туркмении и на Украине. Основным акционером МТС является холдинг АФК «Система» Владимира Евтушенкова (эффективная доля владения 53,5%), остальное — в свободном обращении на Нью-Йоркской фондовой бирже и Московской бирже. Капитализация составляет 19 млрд долларов. Чистая прибыль группы МТС во втором квартале 2014 года снизилась на 27% до 21,1 млрд рублей по отношению к аналогичному периоду прошлого года. Выручка МТС выросла в отчетном периоде на 1,4% до 98,9 млрд рублей.
