Российский одежный холдингов Fashion Distribution Lab (F.D.Lab) отказался от развития брендов одежды Tom Tailor и Warehouse. Tom Tailor Holding AG решил самостоятельно выходить на рынок России. А франчайзинговый контракт с Aurora Fashions (владеет брендом Warehouse) перейдет компании Centerpoint (которая развивает сети Karen Millen и Oasis). Об этом пишет газета «Коммерсант».
Как уточнил президент F.D.Lab Александр Лопатин, с Warehouse компания не продлила договор франчайзинга, посчитав этот проект для себя «бесперспективным». Напомним, что F.D.Lab развивал бренд с мая 2008 года.
Первый магазин откроется в петербургском ТРК «Галерея» в ноябре. Глава Jones Lang LaSalle в Петербурге Андрей Розов (брокер ТРК) подтвердил заключение контракта.
